missory note referenced in the Agreement Not to Encumber or Transfer

FADRICR, has been pa:~d, and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA does hereby release any and all rights under said Agreement
Not to Encumber or-Transfer Property,-and states that same is null,
