2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and.

3. The Declaration of Condaninium and E~diibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, BY-Laws and Declaration of Covenants
- -and Restrictions of Ocean Pillage Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the obligations of a
member of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
