- Purchaser, by acc~+ptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges ~
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHiNSON ISLAND
is sub~ect.in every respect to thR Declaration of Condominius as to the condomini•,me
in which his unit ie located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pro;~ected operating budget, copy of sales b^ochure and floor -
pla~~ of apartment purchased by. Purchaser., and all Amendments to the aforesaid~De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of tncorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
f~irther acknowledges receipt of and reading and exaaination of said Declaration, its
k~chi.bits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that .each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condomini~ property and fs in the best interests and for the benefit of ~
all the owners therein. i'e~rchaser and all owners of parcels iu the aforede$cribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Ccndominium and w~xfiibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terse and provisions of said Declaration of Canda-
minium and 8xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
t Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions there~f_
are reasanable,~fair and equits~le, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
haF encumbered and impressed a-lien-.upon the Condominium parcel.being conveyed to
Purchaser, as~security for his obligations under the said Declaration, of Covenants
and-$estricitons of the Property Owners! Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel..
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in~the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and-the cousnon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty-aX guaranty is made or intended -
nor~may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of L'ondominius and~the Exhibits.attached thereto.
