Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges
thnt this purchase of a condaminiua~ unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OP HUTCHINSON ISLAND ~
i$ subject ~n every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condoatlnium
in which his-unit is located. and t~chibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein); the By-laws of the Association Articles of ;ncorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor ~
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendiaents to~the aforesaid Da-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and leclaration
of Covenants and Restrs~tions of the Property O~?•ner's Association; and Purchaser
farther acknowledges receipt of .and reading and, examination of said reclaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor ,?1an;_and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the .foregoing is essential to the successful operatio-~ and-manage-
. .went of the Condoainium property and is in the besC interests and for the benefit of
all the owners herein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
- Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and :achibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the teas sad provisionR of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto,-and agrees that the assessment under the-
t Property Owner's.Assoeiation documents referred to above-and the provisions thereof -
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the peclaration of Covenants and Restriction~i.of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered-and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for-his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants r
and Restricitons of the Froperty Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the t
obligations as to the Property Oi:•ner's Association as to his condominfus parcel.
Purchaser confirms that.a~l warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
- as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- -
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association f
and other charges are estimated only,_ No warranty. or guaranty is made or intended ~
nor may-one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. -
