Purchsser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges -
that this purchase of a candominiua unit at OCEAN VILLAGB OP HUTCHINSON ISLAND _
is subject is every -respect to the Declaration of Condominiua as to the condominiua ~
-in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not ~
limited to (whether the same are attached to the heclaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the.Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor. -
plan of apartrent purchased by Purchaser, and all AQ~:ndments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the-Atticlas of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration ,
- of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (timer's Association;-and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its -
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
meut of the Condominium property and. is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all-owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
- Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each. and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium-and Exhibits.attached thereto. Purchaser. hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the te:-ms and previsions of said Declaration of Condo-
mini~~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable,_and said.Purchaser acknowledges and confirms -
-that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the. Property Owner's Association
has. encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
- and Restricitons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner`s Association as to his condominiua parcel. - -
Purchaser confirms that all watranties, representations and inducements, if any, are -
as contained in tl~e-aforesaid_Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- •
to, and .the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other .charges are estimated only. No.warranty or guaranty is wade or intended
nor may onP be relied except where-the same. is specifically warranted ar- guaranteed
- in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. -
