to keeg the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
- residence addresses at all times while this.order is in effect. - -
_ 4. Commencing instanter, the Husband, Karel Kirk, shall
- pay the utility bills, including telephone, and the mortgage payments
for the marital residence located at 5902 Balsam Drive, Ft. Pierce, .
- Florida, until further order of this Court.
' ~ - 5. .The Wife, Vickie Rirk, shall.tiave-tlie exclusive use -
and possession of the 196 Pontiac automobile.
6. The Husband, Karel Rirk, shall remove himself and
only his personal effects from the marital residence at 5902 Balsam
Drive, Ft. Fierce, Florida not later than three p.m. on January 20,
1980. - ~ -
7. Each of the parties is hereby restrained and enjoined
from m4lestinq or harassing each other and the Sheriff or any other
law enforcement officer is authorized and directed, without notice -
'i or further order of this Court, }o arrest and incarcerate the offend--
- -ing party and to immediately deliver said offending-party to this
Court for further disposition. - - _
