1372, a copy of which-deed is attached to this affidavit ~ - -

and made a part thereof.
4: •That the attestation -for the above referenced and

L. S. Thomas, Jr, and that said attestation was marked out
~ and obliterated on said deed.
5. That the attached and referenced deed has no

6. That L. S. Thomas, Jr., as secretary of Auto Fair,
Inc.•and also as a shareholder, states that there was no
corporz~te meeting authorizing the-transfer of.th~ subject.
