- - SUPPLEMCNT7hL DEED OF PARTIAL lLE~ASE -
WNEREA&, A:,TO ADAMS and CARRA ADANS, his wife; ALTO ADAMS,
JR. and DOROTH~' S. ADAMS, his wife; and ADAMS RANCH, ING., a
'Florida corporation; have made and executed certain mortgages and
mortgage consolidation agreements unto and with THS PRUDENTIAL
INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as "Prudential",
szid mortgages and const~lidation agreements being fully listed and -
described is that certain Deed of Partial Release fxom Prudential
~ dated November I$, 1975, recorded in-O. R. Book-246 at page 1593

of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and.-
- ~ WHEREAS, by said aforeMentioned deed of partial release,
Prudential freed, exonerate3 and discharge3-of r+nd-from the liens
- of said mortgages-and consolidation agreements the following
described lands, being in the County of 3t. Lucie and State of
Florida, to wit: _
East 1/2 North of Highway No. 70, and NW 1/4,
Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 38 East. -
- East 3/4 of 3ectican- 32; LESS an easement over - -
_ the North 100 feet of said East 3/4 of Section 32, -
Township 35 Sout;~, Range 38 $ast, for drainage
- and irrigation through-the existing canal, together
with the right of use of any permanently-installed -
pumping facilities - -
as well as other lands;. and
WHEREAS, the owner thereof has contracted to sell the -
following-described real property, the boun~aries of .which may
slightly exceed those of the parcel described in-the immediately -
preceding-paragraph, to wit:-
A part of Sections 32, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
and 5, Township 36 South, Range- 38 East, $t. Lucie County,
Florida, being .more particularly described as follows:-
Fran the Northeast corner of aforesaid-Section 32, run _
N 89°30'50" W, 153.18 feet to the West right of way line
for Canal C-24 and the point of beginning, thence continue
N 89°30'50" W on the Section -line 3789.16 feet, thence
run S 00 ° 13' 48" B, 5324.99 feet, thence run is 89° 31' 18" -
W, 1330.66 feet, thence run S ~°01'07"W, 2760.90 feet,
thence run S 89°42'55" E, 2848.36 feet, thence run S 00°17`02"
E, 2212.16 feet to the North right of way line-for Okeechobee
Road,-(said line being 33 feet from center of pavement?
~ .thence run S 84°06'55" E on said right of way 2287.05
- feet to the West right of way line for C-24 Canal, thence
run N 00°11'30" W on said right of_way 9986.42 feet, thence
run S 89°48'30" W 100 feet, thence run N 04°11'30" W,
450 feet, thence run N 89°48'30" E, 100-feet, thence run
N 00°11'30" W, 6? feet to the point of beginning. -
The above contains-906.9306 net acres. -

Whereas, the .owner has requested of Prudential that this -
Supplemental Deed of Partial Release be given in order to assure
~ into its Buyer an unenc-canbered title in and to the lands to be
sold and conveyed; - -
NOW, THEREFORE-, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the
said PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, for valua3le
consideration unto it paid at.-the execution and delivery hereof, -
