ADAMS, his wife; and ADAMS RANCH, ING., a 'Florida corporation; have made and executed certain mortgages and mortgage consolidation agreements unto and with THS PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as "Prudential", szid mortgages and const~lidation agreements being fully listed and - described is that certain Deed of Partial Release fxom Prudential ~ dated November I$, 1975, recorded in-O. R. Book-246 at page 1593 e~ - of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and.- - ~ WHEREAS, by said aforeMentioned deed of partial release, Prudential freed, exonerate3 and discharge3-of r+nd-from the liens - of said mortgages-and consolidation agreements the following described lands, being in the County of 3t. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit: _ East 1/2 North of Highway No. 70, and NW 1/4, Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 38 East. - - East 3/4 of 3ectican- 32; LESS an easement over - - _ the North 100 feet of said East 3/4 of Section 32, - Township 35 Sout;~, Range 38 $ast, for drainage - and irrigation through-the existing canal, together with the right of use of any permanently-installed - pumping facilities - - as well as other lands;. and WHEREAS, the owner thereof has contracted to sell the - following-described real property, the boun~aries of .which may slightly exceed those of the parcel described in-the immediately - preceding-paragraph, to wit:- A part of Sections 32, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, and 5, Township 36 South, Range- 38 East, $t.
