the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents does remise, release
and quit-claim unto the owner thereof, the following described
real property, being in the County of St. Lurie and State of _

. - Road, (said lines being 33 .feet from center of pavement) -

feet to the West right of way line for C-24 Canal, thence
- run N 00°11'30" W on said right of way 9986.42 feet, thence. .

The above contains 906.3306 net. acres.
LESS an easement over the North -100 feet of that portion
of Section 32,-Township 35 South, Range 38 East, described
herein-for drainage and irrigation .through existing canal-
together wxtli the-right of use of~any permanently. installed
pumping facilities; and
.LESS AND EXCEP:~' any and all parts of the above described -
- lands heretofore released by instrument recorded in O. R.
Book 246-at page 1593 ci the- public records~of St. Lucie - ;
County, Florida.
~TO HAVE AND TO HOLD-THE SAME WITH THE APPURTENANCES unto
the said Owner, forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and f
from the aforesaid liens or encumbrances.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained.
shall in any wise affect, alter or diminish the aforesaid liens-
~ or encumbrances on the remaining parts of the real property described
in the aforesaid mortgages and consolidation agreements as listed
and described in O. R. Book 246, at page 1593 of the public .records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, or the remedies at law for
recovering from the parties liable to pay-the same the-balance
of said principal sums with interest secured thereby. -
