1. Decedent,-FRANK WILSON HOGAN, whose last known address
-was 1100 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on-August 18,
7979 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the tin+.e of dea#h -
decedentwas domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. -
2. Petitioner has no interest i:1 the above Estate except
as Attorney for certain of the Defendants in that certain civil
action in i:he St. Lucie County Circuit Court, numbered
78-3~1-CA, styled "Antho:~y Edgar Norman, Plaintiff, vs.
Rroehler Manufacturing Company, Richard Fracaro, Estate of _
Frank Wilson Hogan, and Hartfard Accident and Indemnity Company."
- - 3. -Petitioner is unaware whether there is an unrevoked
II will or codicil of the decedent. - -

4.- Petitioner has been unable to ascertain the names, -

addresses and interests of all persons in interest of-the-
f decedent, except the decedent's-spouse, whose-name is Ruth
Hogan, and whose address is 1100 Gartman Road, Fort Pierce,-
-Florida. - -
5. Venue of this proceeding iS in this countiy because -
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. -
- 6, Petitioner has been unable to ascertain the nature
and approximate value of the assets of this Estate.-
7. Inasmuch as the civil proceeding has named .the

Estate of FRANK WILSON HOGAN, Deceased, as sub3tituted party
Defendant for FRANK WILSON HOGAN, Petitioner requests the

court open-this Estate and appoint a Personal Representative
to administer same.
