I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, -
residue and remainder of nQ3? estate as follows :
A. One equal-share ~o my svn, GORDON W. SWEET and
one equal share to rry daughter, BERNICE L,-WHIPPLE and-one
equal share to icy daughter, ETHBL M. REED and_one equal
share equally to the children of my deceased son, Hubert V. -
Sweet: SANDRA L. R~JL-LER and JOANNE E. LOTT. ' - -
B. Insofar as possible, I direct that it is ,my
- desire that the three equal shares inuring to the benefit
•of my svxviving children, GORDON W. SWEET, ETHEL~M. REED
and BERNICE-L. WHiPPLE•be at least partially represented
by a distribution to them in equal shares of all of ~ real -
estate wheresoever si#uate. In the event my real estate
at the time of my death is valued at more than.3/~-of the -
total value of the rest, residue and rema~T~uer of my estate, - -
then my surviving children above named shall make a pro--rata -
settlement in cash .for the like amount of the difference in
value equally to the children of my-deceased sen, Hubert
V. Sweet : SANDRA L: RUt1.L$ and JOAr~tNE E. LOTT; ,

I hereby nominate and appoint ~Y sor_, GORDON W.
SWEET, as sole Executor -of this, my Last Will and Testament
and I-direct that he serve as such Executor without bond; -
and-I give unto him as such Executor Pull power and
authority to sell the whole or any part of my estate, whether - -
,real, personal or mixed, for such price, otz such terms-and

to sucY~ parties as my Executoz• shall deem meet; to settle
and comp^omise any and all clalma either in favor of or

againbt my estate, upon such terms and conditions as to him -
may -seem fit,- and for the purposes aforesaid to execute and
