This cause coming on-for trial on the 16th day of.J~nuary; 1980,
and the parties having appeared with counsel and the Court having heard
testimony and giving full consideration to all evidence, finds and
_ determines: This Court has.~urisdiction-of the parties-and sub3ect-
matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage-between the parties is -
irretrievably'broken and should be dissolved; the Court further-finds
evidence of-use of alcohol and drugs by the parties and that the use of
same considered detrimental to the welfare of the child, that buth parties
were a~nonished against the use a= drugs and alcohol in the presence of
~ - -
and in the custody of the minor child notwithstanding the party having
~ custody. It is there~.~pon
- ORDERED. and ADJUDGED as follows:.
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DENNIS L-EE _
LOHR-AND YVONNE PYKE LOHR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and thz -
parties and-each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
- matrimony heretofore existing between then.and from thz obligations
arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of REANNOR LESLIE LOHR, minor child-of the
parties,-is hereby awarded trt YVOFlNE PYKE LOHR untii further Order of the -

LEE LOHR, the father, every other week; that the custody heretofore-being
