CHARLES RICHARD LSWIB, Husband. ~ _ - - FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF NIA1tRIAGE This cause coming on for trial the list day of January, 1980, and-the Court, having given full consideration to all-the evidence, finds and .determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage - between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDEi~D AND ADkTUDGED as follows: ~ . 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE . The marriage between PAMELA . MAYSHARK LEWIE and CSARLSS. _B.iCHARD. LEWIE be and the same is hereby - dissolved, and the parties and each of them-are hereby forever freed fro~rn the bonds _ - of matrimony hereLoEore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom . 2. CUSTODY . Custodtiy of MELANIE ANNE I13WIS, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMELA MAYSHARK LEWIE, with reasonsible visitation rights_reaerved t4 CHARLES RICHARD LEWIE, as per the Proper~y Settlement Agreement. - 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of January, 1980, CHARLES ~ RICHARD LSWIL shall pay to PAM@I.A MAYS LEWIE the sum of $10.00 each and every seek for the support of the-child named above. _ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him _ remitted promptly to P_Al1~LA MAYSHARK LEWIE. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costa to be ~ added tc each payment made to the Clerk . All payments shall be made in-cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addressee at sill times while this Order is in effect. - 4 . PRrOPER'I'Y . The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incc~rproated herein by reference and the parties are -ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ 5. s'IEST~AINING CRDER.
