COME NOW the parties through their undersigned attorne,; a and
stipulate as follows: ~ -
FOR THE- ENTRY of an Order allowing Defendant to enter upon premises -
described in Plaintiffs' Complaint and which are in Plaintiffs' custody, control
or possession, for the purpose of inspection and measuring, surveying,
photographing, testing, and sampling the property (including amen-made
lagoon of approximately 1.84 acres} and operations thereon, on January 8, - -
'i 198Q, or as soon thereafter-as is practicable.. Provided Defendant give Plaintiff
- reasonable notice as to the precise date and time for said inspection, measuring t
surveying, photographing, tes~g and sampling to permit Plaintiff or her =
representative to be present and further providing that Defendant provide
Plaintiff with copies of all reports, test results, charts, graphs, .photographs,
measurements, surveys and other documentation compiled as a result of said
- inspection, measuring, surveying, photographing, testing and sampling, which
-will be .used at trial .
FOR THE ENTRX of as Order allowing Plaintiff to eater upon the
