. .THIS CAUSE coming before this Court on this 15th, day of
January,-1980 upon.the Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Additional
• Affirmative Defense, the Plaintiff's Motion to-Dismiss

to Strike, and Defendant, RONALD A. FISHER'S Motion to _

Strike-and_the Court having been fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGP.D as follows:
l~ The Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Additional Affirma-
tive-Defense as it relates both to the Additional Affirmative
Defense and to the Affirmative Defense tb Amended Complaint -
filed_by Defendant RONALD A. FISHER on January 10,1980 is
hereby denied.-
2. With regard-to the Plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss
Counter-Claim the Plaintiff shall have twenty (~0) days from -
the date of this Ordei• to submit a memorandum of law in
• support of- his Motion to Dismiss Counter-Claim. Thereafter
Defendant RONALD A._FISHER shall have twenty (20) days from _
the_-date of the Plaintiff's memorandum of law to :file his-
_ memorandum of law and thereafter the Plaintiff shall-have
ten (14) days fron?-the date of the Defendant's memorandum
of law to file a reply memorandum of law. Upon the considera-
- tion of the-l.aw contained in each memorndwa the Court shall
thereafter hand down its rv'inq on the Plaintiff's Motion
