THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the sworn
Motion of MITCHELL B. IIIBER, Attorney. for the Plaintiff, for the
appointment~of a Guardian Ad Litem to represent such of the
Defendants as set o4t in Paragraph l~of the sworn Motion, as may -
be_infants,-incor?petents or otherwise not sui juris, and-to appoint _
an Administrator Ad Litem to represent the estates of -any of said.

_ Defendants who may be deceased, and to appoint an Attorney Ad Litem
for such of said Defendants as may be in the military service of
the United States, ,and for entry of a Decree Pro Confesso against
said other defendants for their failure to appear, answer, plead-,
