served Interrogatories in aid of execution on the Defendant,
MARIA L. SWIFT. On August 2, 1978, Plaintiff-filed aMotion -

{ asserted that the Defendant, MARIA L. SWIFT, haci-failed to
answer to. Interrogatories in aid-of execution previously ~
