-FRANKLIN LUKE was $175.00 in arrears in child support paymer?ts and
- the Covrt being otherwise-fully-and well advised, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punislnnent ~ for contempt, BENJAMIN
FRANKLIN LURE is hereby sentenced to 30 days in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,-commencing on January 31,-1980. -
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may-purge himself within the time
interval between the signing of this Order and January 31, 1980, and
be released by paying the sum of .$175.00 due as of the date of the
hearing to MARY ELLEN GAETZ and any cost of his arrest to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida. It is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C.-L. Norvell,'Sheriff, St. Lucie
County, Florida, or any of his duly-authorized deputies shall and they -
are hereby ordered to arrest the said BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LURE, 5213
-Buchanan Drive,-Fort Pierce,-Florida, on said date and deliver him
- to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Flor-ida, for execution of this
above-described-judgment and sentence upon affidavit of MARY ELLEN _
GAETZ that said arrearage has not been paid. The Clerk of the Circuit
- Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest: It is

ORD~RED AND ADJUDGED that BENJAMIN FRANKLIN LURE shall and
he is hereby ordered to-pay $75.00 as reasonable attorney" fees to
