FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
- THIS CAUSE came on for-trial this ~ f~ day of-Janu$ry,
1980, and the Court, having 'given full consideration to all-the
evidence,-finds and determines: This Gourt has jurisdiction of th
parties-and sub~e~t matter of this Bait; that the-relation of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
Marriage between-the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. -
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED:-.
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

~ CHARLES R. HURST-and HELENE K. -HURST be and the same is hereby- dis
solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
- from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom. - -

2. CUSTODY: .Custody of THERESA HURST, STEVEN HURST and
HANS HURST, the Three (3) minor children of the parties, is hereby _
awarded to HELENE K. HURST, the natural mother of the said child,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CHARLES R. HURST.
