Dear Judge Smith: -
I have dust received your Order setting the above captioned
case for Monday, February 25, 1980 at 9:30 A. M. I just
spoke to your. secretary to advise her that I have-a confl~-ct
on-that date in that I am scheduled for-trial in West Palm
Beach before Judge Barkett at~the same time. -Your secretary
suggested that Z write-you a letter and advise you of this
- conflict and send a copy of the same to Mr, Jeffries.
I am advised by your-secretary that your next trial week _
will be on Monday, March-17th and Monday March 24th.- Both
~ of these weeks are presently clear- for me anc~ if the-case
can be re-set for either week, Iwould-appreciate the same.
