THIS CAUSE, having come_on for trial on the 21st day of

•given full consideration to all the•evidence and observed the_demeanor
and physical condition of the parties-and witnesses, finds and determines:. j

This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this suit; that the relationship of Husband and Wife now exists between
the parties; and that tha marriage is irretrievably broken and should _
be dissolved. It is thereupQin
- ORDERED AND AL.TUDGED as follows: f
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between FREDDIE-LEF JGNES,~ -
Husband, and BRENDA FAME JONES,_Wi.fe, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. -PERSONAL PROPERTY. The Husband shall and he is hereby
ordered to gay to the Wife the sum of. $125.00 as replacement for the
marital washing machine.
3._ RESTRAINING ORDER. ThP parties and each of them are +
hereby en3oined frcm annoying, interfering, injuring or otherwise
harassing ~he other party in any manner whatever.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES. '''he Husband is hereby ordered. to pay
to the Wife's attorney, the sum of $125.00 toward attorney's fees.
