IBIS CAUSE Mss heard on JAIR)ARY 14, -1980 upon the Motion for
.Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having not been present in open court in person,-and the Petitioner
havi~ag been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, sad the
Court having heard all of -the testieony of the_ parties and bei~ fully advised
- in the preaise4, it is therefore
- ADJUDGID that the Respondent, ROBBRT JERRY SMITH
is guilty of willful contempt of Chia Court for fa lure to pay child support
paywents in the amount of $ 1440.00 at#outlt due as of Novetaber 30 , 19 79 ,
- and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it .is -
- ORURR® AND ADJUDGED that as punishwent for his contempt, the Respondent,
ROBERT JERRY SMITH , shall be confined in the St. Lucie County
Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contaspt
is suspended until MARCH 14, 1980.- ,conditioned upon the .above-naised~Respondent
paying to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this county on-or before MARCH 14~ 198Q,
the suw of $ 1440.00 ,-plus $2.04_-statutory fie. Upon the failure of the -
j above-Hawed Respondeat -to make payweat in full of the aforesaid amount ar. or before -
MARCH 14 L 1980 ,you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and
~ ALL AND SiN(RJLAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OT FLORIDA are ordered
to take iQto custody the above-need Respotdent_as soon as he-can be found and -
deliver hfm to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of .the
above described judgwent and sentence: The Clerk of Circuit"Court std this Court
shall be promptly. ratified of his arrest. It is further -

.hereby ordered to forwrd said arrearage payments received free the Respondent -
until the above-arrearage i¢ paid in full to the Department of He:lth and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Erfarcewent Secoon, 1317 iiineirood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
