RECBIPT, ACKNONLEDGMENT, ASSUl~iPTION AND ACCEPTANCg OF PURCHASER
. Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, act;nowledges "
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGB OF HUTGHINSON ISLAND
fs subject in every respect to the Declaration ~f Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibit4 attached.~i~°:eto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration o~ referred to i
therein), _the By-laws o~ the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan~of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of~Incorporation, Ay-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Bxhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and .all owners of"parcels in the aforedescribed "
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said~Declar- _
anon of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terns and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the - ~
_ Froperty Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions. thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered avid impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel. being conveyed to.
Purchaser, .as security for his obligations-under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restriciions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
_ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium .and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estfmated.only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may oae be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
