This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the
verified Petition of ANNE SANDERSON to Set Aside Property
as~homestead property and it appearing to -the Court as
_ -
follows: _ ~
1. Walter H., Sanderson died owning a parcel of ~
~
real property located in St. Lurie County, but not within -
a minicipality, consisting~.of approximately five (5) acres.
At the time of his death he was domiciled on it and was. the
head of the family consisting of himself-and his wife,
-Anne Sanderson.
2. Decedent had no`lineal descendant$-at the time
of his death,
IT IS, THEREUPON, ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That certain parcel of real property described in
the Exhibit attached hereto constituted the homestead
property of Walter H. Sanderson at the time of his death.
2. Walter H. Sanderson being survived only by his _
wife, Anne Sanderson, an3 no descend~t and the hcmestead
not being specifically devised, it passes under the provisions _
of Florida Probate Code 732.401~to Anne Sanderson in fee
simple as the surviving spouse_of said Decedent.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce,. Florida, this s?/ day of
