SPRINGER, ~ - - _ Wife. ~ _ / - ~ ~ - - -FINAL JUDGMENT.OF DISSOLt,'TION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE -came on-for trial this date and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and .the subject matter of this suit; that the relation-of husband and wife now exists between the parties; a^d that .the marriage between the-parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, It is thereupon - - - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. -The marriage between LARRY JOE SPRINGER and KATHLEEN H.-SPRINGER be and the same is hereby dissolved and-the parties and-each of them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - - 2. CUSTOGY. The custody of ASHLEY BLY SPRINGER, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to KATHLEEN H-._SPRINGER.with reasonable visitation rights: reserved to LARRY JOE SPRINGER. Pursuant • - to the separation and property settlement agreement entered into between the parties, the husband, LARRY JOE SPRINGER, .is to pay the wife the sum of $50.00 per week as child support for the minor child of the parties. The first such payment shall be due on January 25, 1980, and the payment shall be due each Friday thereafter. 3. PROPERTY. The separation .and property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 4. JURISDICTION.
