This cause having heretofore came. on for trial on the

4th day of December, 1979, and_the respective parties hereto

having appeared before this Court with Counsel, and the

Husband having expressly waived notice of. final hearing

I -(trial), the right to file further pleadings, and the Court -

having taken testimony of the parties-and heard the evidence
t
herein, and the Court having given full consideration to all
~
the evidence, finds -and .determines: This Court has jurisdiction;
f
of the parties and subject matter of this .suit; that-the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the. parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be ~'issolved. It is thereupon, .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
{
1. The Husband has waived his right ro notice of hearing
t'
and-has filed awritten-pleading evidencing said waiver.
2.- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JUDY A.
SUI~IERLIN and HERMAN R. SUtrIIKERLIN, be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of .them are hereby forever
- freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
3. .PROPERTY. The Property Settlement Agreement stipulated
,
into evidence at the final hearing, and subsequently reduced to
i
a written agreement dated the 17th. day of January, 1980, and '
filed with the Court,•is hereby incorporated herein by -
-
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the
i
provisions thereof .
