MODIFICATION OF FINAL JUDGMENT -
- This matter coming on on the Wife's Petition to Modify the Final
Judgment entered herein, the parties being present-in Court end evidence
being taken, upon consideration it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Wife's motion be and the same is hereby granted, and the
support for the minor child SUSAN HELMS is increased to Twenty-five
($25.00) Dollars per week, commencing with the next payment-and. subject
to -the terms of Paragraph 3 of the ori~3ina1 Order herein.
2. It is further Ordered and A3judged that as of the first
payment due after January 26, 1981, that the payment shall be increased
to Forty ($40:00) Dollars per week for the support of the minor child,
SUSAN :ELMS, this date being the date that the minor child JIMMY HELMS
attains the age of eighteen.- - .
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
remained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
