DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _
This cause came on for trial the 23rd day of January, 1980.
-and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and- determines: This Court lies jurisdiction of the parties-
.and subject -natter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows: - - -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EMMA~
J:~TETTE GIBBON, Wife and FREDDIE L. GIBBON, Husband be and 'the -
same is ~hereby~ dissolved, and the parties and ,each _of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.. -
2. CUSTODY. Custody of SHEILA GIBBON, age 13; PRIMUS
VIBSON, age~9; and TERRY GIBBON, age 7, minor children of the
parties, is her-eby awarded to EMMA JANETTE GIBBON with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to FREDDIE L..GIBSON.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~~day of January, 1980,
FREDDIE L.-GIBBON shall pay to EMMA JANETTE GIBBON the sum of
$15.00 per week, per child, each and every week, for the support .
of the minor children named .above,
Each payment shall be made. to the Clerk of-this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to EMMA JANETTE GIBBON. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added -
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall--be made in
cssh, money order or cashier's cheek. Both of the ~~arties are _
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
