Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges .
that this purchase of a condominiuet unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUI~QlINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominius as to the condoainiun
in which his rnit is located and Exhibits attached thereto; including but not `
limited to (whether the same. are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of~the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget., copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and ali Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and ~testrictiona of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and .budget, sales brochure and-floor plan, and acknowledges= that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and savage-
. went of the Condominium property and is in the best interests aad for the benefit of !
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiub covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
confir~s and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-_ -
_minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assesssent under the
Property Owner's Association. documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and_confirss
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property_Owner's Associatiaw
has encumbered and.. impressed a lien upon the-Condominius parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for ~~is obligations under the said Declaration of•Covenants
and Restricttons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assures the
obligations as to the Property Owner'•s Association as to his condosinius parcel.:
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducesents, if any, are ~
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominius and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expensAs and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is lade or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
- in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
