The above-named parties agree to form a Limited
~ Partnership. under the Uniform Limited Partnership Law of
Florida, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth -
and swear-ghat the foregoing information-is true and correct.
ARTICLE ,I -NAME OF PARTNERSHIP - -
.The name of the partnership shall be Intracoastal
Plaza, Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership".- -
_ ARTICLE II -BUSINESS OF PARTNERSHIP
- The. partnership shall be for the purpose of engaging
in the business of owning and managing commercial real estate,
and such other related businesses as may be agreed upon by

certificate of limited partnership and shall cause such
