THE COURT being advised that all parties to the above-
styled cause have entered into a striking procedure pursuant
to the Florida Rules of Medical 1ediation Procedure and Florida
Statutes. to select the medical mediation panel in-the above-
i
styled-cause and being further advised-that the following panelists
were chosen pursuant to said procedure: Dr. Phil D. Morgan, physician

p3nelist, primary; Dr. F. F. Rrauskopf, physician panelist, alternate;
Calvin D. Brown, attorney panelist, primary; and ,William F. Crary,
attorney panelist, alternate, does herein order and adjudge as

1. That the physician panelist in the above-styled cause. ~ t
shall he Dr. Phil D. Morgan, and should-he become unavailable then
said panelist should be Dr. F. F.-Rrauskopf.
- 2. That the attorney member of the mediation ganel in the - '
above-.styled cause shall be Calvin D. Brown, and should he become
unavailable then. said panelist should be William F. Crary.
3. That the Clerk of the Court is directed to contact -
the primary panelists in the above-s*12ed cause and notify them .of
their selection to sit on the. medical mediation panel.
