3. If the total sum, with interest at the rate pre-

scribed by law, and all costs of this action occurring subsequent
to this judgment are not paid within three days from this date,
• the Clerk of this Court s all sell-the property at public sale -

and 2:00 P.M. to Lhe highest bid er for cash, except as set forth
hereinafter, at the front door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse. I
The sale and notice thereof shall be as provided by statute.
4. Plaintiff shall. advance all-subsequent costs o~ this
action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if Plaintiff `
is not the purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid

with a total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to
this judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid

in full. ~ - ~t
5. On filing the_Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall 1
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far-as .they are sufficient, '
by paying: first, all_of Plainti-ff's costs; second, documentary
stamps affixed to the Certificate; third,-Plaintiff`s attorneys
fees; fourth, the-total sum due to Plaintiff, less the items paid-,
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law, from this date to the
date of sale; and by retaining any amount remaining pending the
further order of-this Court.
6. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendants and-
all persons claiming under or against-them since the filing of .
the Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim

in the property and the purchaser at the sale-shall be let into
possession of the property.
Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper. _ '
