ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on-the Husband's
and the Wife's Supplemental Complaints to Modify Final
Judgment and the Court having been fully advised in the
premises and both parties, their counsel and the minor child ,
_ RUBERTO M.VELEZ having been present and the-Court finding
the following facts: That .both parents are fit and proper j
parents to have the custody of the-minor child, ROBERTQ
M. VELEZ, that the minor child ROBEP.T M. VELEZ is a bright
and studious young man and has faired academically-well in
schools regardless of-the location of said schools, and - -
- that. the minor child's intelligence merits consideration of
_ the minor child's opinion regarding the continuation of his
schooling for the academic year of 1980. It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as follows: .
1. That alternate custody of the minor child, ROBERTn
'M. VELEZ, is hereby awarded to both parents with the mother
to have the custody of the minor child from this date until
June 30, 1980. Beginning July 1, 1980 the father and the
mother shall alternate the custody of the minor child for a .
period of one year each commencing July 1 and cortinuizg *_o
June 30 of the next year. The alternate custody on a yearly
basis shall commence with the father receivi:~g primary
custady.bf the minor child from July 1, 1980 until June 30,
1981-and thereafter shall alternate on a yearly basis until
