fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ -
1. ~ That the Court finds -that the Counsel for the
Husban3 has not given adequate notice foi further hearing and ~
. that should counsel-for the Husband desire a further hearing
in this cause he must state specifically the items of new
evidence or any matters which will be brought before this
Court for further hearing-and he must provide counsel for =
_ the Wife with sufficient notice to allow preparation for
