This cause having come on bEfor-e this Court on the 18th.
day of January, 1980 on the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt
for violation of-the-terms of the restraining order entered by
this Court on November 2,-1979, the Court having-heard the tesicimot.~
of the parties, the stipulations of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the-premises,-it is hereupon - -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. -That t~:e Husband, ROBIN NOTTINGHAM, is. in willful contempt
of this Court for violation of the terms of the restraining order
entered by this-Court on September 20, 1979 and is hereby sentenced
to sixty-(60~ days in the County Jail. However, this shall be
suspended from day to day provided the terms of the Court~Order
previously mentioned are-not violated and provided fur~her that the
Husband shall continue with counseling at the Indian River Mental
Health Cenxer. ~ -
-2. The Husband, ROBIN NOTTINGHAM is hereb ordered to a

a reasonable attorney fee in the amount of $50.00 to Jacqueline L.
Russakis, Attorney for the Wife,. for her services on behalf of the
Wife.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
