ORDER OF CONTEMPT AND ~ -
ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGNBNT
- THIS CAUSE having came on before me on the 21st day of
January, 1980, on the Petition of WILLIAM LiCAUSi for modification,
and the Court having considered argument and testimony of~both
parties, it is hereby

ORDERED AND~ADJt)DGED that the Court, having heard all
of the evidence, finds that there has been .some material change -
of circumstances since the date of the Final Judgment previous~.y
entered herein and. dated July 19, 1978, and that said Final Judg-
ment is hereby modified as follows: - I
1. CONTEMPT ORDEI. Upon the Notice of Contempt and
Rnforcement-filed herein. by the Wife, it is adjudged that WILLIAM
LiCAUSI is found~to be in contempt of this Court for his failure
to pay child support payments to the Wife as directed by the Final

Judgment hereinabove mentioned, based upon a total arrearage of ~
$450.00 'from December 17, 1979, through January 21, 1980.
2. CHILD SUPPORT. The amourLt of child support to be j
paid by WILLIAM LiCAUSI shall .hereby be reduced to $250.00 per
month to be paid to the Wife, payable monthly with the first pay-
ment being due on-the 28th day of January, 1980, and subsequent
. payments to be made on the 28th day of each and every month there-
after. Provided, however, there will be no reduction in support -
payments as above mentioned until such time a$ all arrearages pre-
. _ - ~
sently due in child support are brought current by the Husband.-
