-THIS GAUSS came on for trial the 16th day of January,
1980, and the Court having previously reserved ruling on all
matters incident to the dissolution of the marriage between JOHN A.
_CHESTER and ANNE MAB CHESTER, except for the actual dissolution of
marriage which was granted by Final Judgment of Dissolution of .
Marriage entered herein on the 29th .day .of November, 1979, it is -
hereby further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHN A. CHBSTER, age 7 years,
DIERDRA CHESTER,- age 8 years, and DAYNA CHESTER, age 5 years, -
the-minor children of. the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife,

ANNE MAE CHESTER, with reasonable visitation rights awarded to the
Husband, JOHN A. CHESTER, to include any weekends that he is in
town from his job as a truck driver, and during the summer months ~
so long as any such visitation does not interfere with the children'_s
schooling. iii
2. CHILD_SUPPORT: Commencing-the 25th~day of January,

-1980, JOHN A. CHESTER shall pay to ANNE MAE CHESTER the sum of
$45.00 each and every week, which represents $15.00 per week per
. child, :for the support of the three minor children named above..
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to ANNE MAE CHESTER. In addition

there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to

be-added to~each payment made to the Clerk. A~1 payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
