- This cause came on for trial the 21st day of January, 1980,
- and the Court-having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds -
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretr-ievab7y broken-and should be dissolved. It is thereupon - -
- ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION-OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between-DAVID P.
BIESCHKE and DIANA L. BIESCHKE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and - - -
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
- 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAVID PAUL BIESCHKE, JR., minor chi-ld ~
of the parties, is hereby awarded to DIANA L. BIESCHKE, subject to reasonable
rights of visitation by the father, DAVID P. BIESCHKE, of two weekends
monthly, alternating holidays ar?d alternating the first and_iast halves

of Christmas with the first half-being first- to the. wife and then to the
husband, thereafter alternating; the visitation shall include the right of
the father to have the child visit with him six weeks during the summer.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of - 1580, -
DAVID P. BIESCHKE shall pay to DIANA L. BIESCHKE the sum of =35.00 each and
every wezk for support of the miner child named above, together-with f
-medical and dental expenses as needed.
