Each pry~ent shall. be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
- him remitted promptly to DIANA L. BIESCHKE. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of =2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All paUrments shall be made in cash, naney order or

this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses. at all times- - -

4. PROPERTY. That the parties are each awarded the property
in their. possession. _
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of 3400,00
~to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
DAVID P. BIESCHKE is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together with
costs herein assessed at X35.50. _
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is .retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
