. ~ THIS-CAUSE coming on for hearing January 14, 1980, and both
parties being present in open court, and both parties being represented
by counsel, and upon the taking of testimony, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises,~it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Court finds that as of January 14, 1980,~the husband is
$76.00 in arrears on his child support payment pursuant to the final
judgment entered herein. This Court orders that said $76.00 arrearage
-will be brought up to date by the husband on or before_Friday,
January 18, 1480. -
2. The Court further finds that as of January 14, 1980, the
husband has failed and refused to pay the attorney's. fees and court
costs, totalling $433.50, as-was ordered in the final judgment entered _
herein. _Upon the husbands statement that he is paying $200 of this
arrearage immediately after the hearing, the Court urdars that $200 of
this sum be~paid on January 14, 1980, and the Court further orders
that the remaining balance of $233.50 be paid within one month of the
date of this order.
_ 3. The court finds that since the divorce of the parties, the
husband has paid for the mortgage payment on the marital home for the.
month of December, 1979, and-the Court orders that the wife be

responsible for the. entire mortgage payment for the month of
