removing, selli*~g or -transferring any personal property-, fur-
nishings or household effects presently held in storage at Zanni `
Transfer & Storage Co., pending further order of this Court.
2. ZANNI TRANSFER & STORAGE CO., is enjoined from per-

witting the removal, sale or transfer of any personal property,
furnishings or household effects presently held by them for the
benefit of James E. Balius,Jr.
3. This or shall be effective when petitioner files a
