GEORGE ADAM BRANDY and ELEANOR G. BRANDY, his wife, party of the
first part, and-JAMES R. LOVITT and GERTRIIDB M. LOVITT, party of
the second part, P. 0. Box 1632, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
WITNgSSETB, that if the said party of the second part shall -
first make the payments and perform the•covenants hPreinaftc+r men-
tioned on their-part to be made and performed, the said party of the
first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to -the -
said party of trie second part, in fee simple, clear of all encum-
brances whatever, by a good and sufficient warranty .deed, the

and agree to pay promptly when due the principal and interest and
