THIS CONTRACT is entered into this~day of
1880, by and between ALBERT BAVARIA and LORNA
BAVARIA, his wife, of Miami, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Sellers', -and FRANK R. MEDER, JR., and NANCY I~lEDER, his wife, of
Brigantine, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as 'Buyers".
WHEREAS, the Sellers are- the owners of certain

to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on

NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal- promises and in
furtherance of their objective', Sellers agree to~ sel and Buyers
agree to purchase from the Sellers the aforesaid property,
~ including all rights and appurtenances incident-thereto, subject
f only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows: -
1. The entire purchase price for .the property is
.the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($SO,000.OJ) DOLLARS.
2. The sum of ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($100.00)
DOLLARS, has been paid as a dcwn.payment by the Buyers to the

Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby acknawledged.by the _
Sellers. This sum is being held by FLORIDA HOME FINDERS, INC.,

- 3. The additional sum of THREE THOUSAND FOUR ,
HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($3,400.00) DOLLARS, shall be paid by the
Buyers 3t the time of-closing as hereinafter defined.
