We purchased our present residence in the Ocean Village complex
on Hutchinsin Island, Fort-Pierce on June li, 1977. At that time
we maintained our residence in Birmingham, Michigan but have lived
in Florida from September of each year to May of the following year
since the purchase of-the condominium.-
We have retired from our former employment in Royal Oak,- Michigan
_ ar~d on November 1, 1979 we sold our former residence in Birmingham,
Michigan. -
We have also registered our automobile with the state of Florida, -
obtained Florida driver licenses and have transfered our banking -
to aFlorida bank. Furthermore we have instructed our Florida
_ attorneys to -draft the appropriate documents-with respect to our
estate reflecting the fact-that we have established our legal
residence and permanent domicile in the sate of .Florida -
