wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M, HICKS; his wife
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing-date the ~tOth day of August A.Q., 1977, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of_the Circuit Court in and for the County of
St. Lucie; State of Florida, in Official Record Book 272, Page 1299f granted and
conveyed unto SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION, A Florida Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein part_iculariy described, to secure the payment of the sum of
($450,000.00) Four Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 DOLLARS,

mortgaged premises, frame the lien and operation of~said Mortgage: -

his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, Sr., and NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS
and LELA M. HICKS, his wife their heirs and ass~gns,~all that piece, parcel or tract
of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:

TO HAVE AND TO BOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said HIDDEN RIVER ESTATES
DEVELOPERS, a General Florida Partnership; BERME THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES, his
wife; MARK E. STEVENS and BETTY J. STEVEN5, his wife; CHESTER C. CHAMBERS, SR., and
NANCY L. CHAMBERS, his wife; and STANLEY HICKS and LELA M. HICKS, his wife and assigns
forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and
every part~thereof;-Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, ar any of the rights and ~•emedies of the holder thereof. `
