IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE .MORTGAGORS _
' HEREIN COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) -The Mortgagors herein shall make within 15 days of-the due date.

-this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some
other place as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing, the existence of this Mortgage
and the amount still due thereoq ,on an estoppel form provided -
- for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE. - -
(3) This is a-purchase money second mortgage.
~ (4) Upon request by the MOI~PGAGOR herein, the MORTGAGEE herein, at
its option, within twenty (20) years form the date of this
mortgage may make future advances to the MORTGAGOR herein. Such
future. advances, with interest thereon shall be secured by this
mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. ~ -At. no time shall the principal amount,
of indebtedness secured by this mortgage, nat including proper
sums advanced to protect the security oP this mortgage, exceed -
the original amount of the note secured by-this mortgage plus
U.S. $1,000.00.. "
