- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. This cause came on far trial the day of January,
- 1980_and the Court-having given full consideration to-all the
evidenced finds and aetermies: this Court has jurisdiction of .
the"parties and .subject matter of~this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
" marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon- - -
ORDERED AND-ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. The marriage between ROBERT M. SLLER and TINA R,
ELLER be and the-same is hereby dissolved and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds =of matrimony
f heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising "
therefrom. -
2. Custody of ROBERT S. ELLER and COURTNEY ELLER, miner
- children of the parties hereto is hereby awarded to TINA R. ELLER
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ROBERT M. ELLER.
3. Commencing Friday, January 25,-1980 ROBERT M. ELLER
