Codicil to my said~LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT dated-June-~, 1968, and
republish all of the terms of said LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT dated
June 4, 1568; not inconsistent with this Codicil.
ONS: I hereby_ substitute the following as ITEM III(bj
in lieu of ITEM III (b) in my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT dated June 4, -
1968: - -
"(b) Qpon the death of my wife, or upon my death, if-she
_ does not survive me, or in the event that my wife and I die sinnul--
taneously or in or as a result of the same accident, disaster, epidemic
or other calamity, then my Trustees hereinafter named, shall pay the
- -of said trust to the individuals
pr~.ncipal.and accumulated income .
.in the mounts and percentages as set-forth opposite their manes, -
respectively, as follower to-wit:
_ 1. Five Percent (5$) to Richard S. Spalding,
- Somerville, New Jersey, brother of my wife.-
lta Five Percent (5$) to Richard Daniel Spalding, _
- Savannah,~Georgia, nephew of my wife, or his _ -
- wife, JoAnn Spalding, if sHe survives him.
2. Twenty Percent (20$) to Ruth.M_acEvoy Fritz-,
_ my sister. .
- ~ 3. Five Percent (5~) to-Dorothy R. MacEvoy,
my sister-in-law. -
- 4. Five Percent (58) to Elizabeth Spalding Boss,
sinter of my~wife: in the event she. predeceases
me then to R. Vance Smith, Fort Pierce, Florida.
- ~ 5. Twenty Percent (20$) to Beatrice Laren, - -
