8. Christine English and Jerry English, residents of
St. Lucie County are sui, juris end otherwise .qualified under the laws
of Florida to -act as guardian of- the- person of the incompetent, and .
are entitled to preference because they are the sister and brother-in-

law of the incompetent and because of she attached waiver.-
- 9. Reasonable search has been made= and any of the informatioa
required by Florida law and by the applicable Florida Rules of Probate
and Guardianship Procedure-that. is sot set forth in full above cannot
be ascertained without delay that-would adversely affect the incompetent_
or-the incompetent's property. _ - - - -
. -WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that Christine English and _
Jerry English be appointed as guardian of the person of the incompetent.
