Lucie County, Florida, do make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will•and Testament,- hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by-me. ~ _
ARTICLE I. _
I•direct that all of my just debts, my funeral expenses- _
and the costs of administration of my estate be paid as soon as -
practicable after my death. -
ARTICLE II. - .
All of the property which Imay-own at the time of my
death, real, personal and .mixed, tangible and intangible of what-
soever nature and wheresoever situated, including all property -
which Imay acquire or become entitled to after the execution of
this Will, I give, devise and bequeath to Eugene A. Rare, as Trus-
tee nevertheless, for my beloved wife, DAISY M. SOLOMON, to hold,
administer-and distribute for the following uses and purposes:

A. To distribute the net income derived therefrom, in
monthly, quarterly or other-convenient installments, to my Trus-
tee, Eugene A. Rane, for the benefit~of my wife so-long as she - a
shall live. - - - ~
B. I hereby authorize and empower the Trustee, in-his -
sole and absolute discretion, at-any time and frc+m time to time,
to disburse from the principal of any of the trust estates-created
under this Article (even to the point of completely exhausting
same), such amounts as he may deem advisable to provide for the -
.proper care, support, and welfare of my wife, including, but not
by way of limitation, expenses incurred by reason of illness or.
. disability. The Trustee's discretaion shall be conclusive as to
